HYDERABADI BIRYANI HOW TO MAKE

Aslam Alaikum. In the above video, I have shown a detailed procedure of making kachy gosht ki Hyderabadi biryani. At the end of the video, you will be able to make perfect Hyderabadi biryani with original taste. Hyderabadi biryani is one of the most famous biryanis in the world.   1. One Kg Rice Recipe:
  2. For Marination Chicken 1 kg Lemon Juice 2-3 tbs
  3. Salt- 1.25 tbs
  4. Red Chilli- 0.75 tbs
  5. Green Chilli Paste- 0.75 tbs
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste- 1.5tbs
  7. Cumin Powder- 0.5tbs
  8. Corriander Powder- 0.75tbs
  9. Fresh Corriander and
  10. mint- Handfull Fried
  11. Onion- Handful
  12. Curd-200gms
  13. Green Cardamom Powder- 0.25tbs
  14. Whole Spices- 1tbs
  15. Ground Whole Spices- 0.25tbs
  16. Oil- 200ml
  17. For Rice Boiling: Whole Spices-1tbs Oil-100ml
  18. Salt-3tbs Bay Leaves- 1 Mix Marination Ingredients and Marinate for 4 hours.
  19. Boil Rice 50% and make a layer on chicken and keep boiling the rice and make a layer again when rice is 75% cooked and lastly make a layer of 100% cooked rice and cover with cloth and weight.
  20. Cook for 25 minutes on high flame. Enjoy your Biryani
