دو روز قبل سے آر ایس ایس کے سر سنگھ چالک موہن بھاگوت کا انٹرویو سوشیل میڈیا پر خوب گردش کر رہا ہے۔ جس کی وجہ سے سنگھ پریوار میں خوشی کی لہر اور تمام پچھڑے طبقوں بالخصوص مسلمانوں میں مایوسی اور احساس کمتری دیکھی جا سکتی ہے؛ چوں کہ یہ انٹرویو آر ایس ایس کے خفیہ ایجنڈوں اور مستقبل قریب کے منصوبوں کا پردہ فاش کرتا ہے؛ اس لیے پورے ملک میں سراسیمگی کا ماحول پیدا ہو گیا ہے۔ کل تک جو لوگ سنگھی غنڈوں کے اعلانات کو “کتے کی بھونک” اور “پاگل کی بڑ” کہتے تھے وہ سب انگشت بدنداں ہیں۔ کیوں کہ یہ بیان 2024 کے الیکشن سے پہلے دیا گیا ہے اور آر ایس ایس کا 2025 کا ٹارگیٹ تکمیل کے قریب ہے۔
تجزیہ کاروں کا کہنا ہے کہ: یہ کوئی انٹرویو نہیں ہے؛ بلکہ 2025 کے ہندوراشٹر کے منصوبے کا کھلا اعلان ہے۔
اسی لیے انٹرویو کے نام پر یہ اعلان آر ایس ایس سے وابستہ “دی آرگنائزر” کے ذریعے کیا گیا ہے۔
اس انٹرویو میں جہاں مٹھی بھر سنگھیوں کے لیے کئی اعلانات کیے گئے ہیں، وہیں ہندوتوا نظریے کے مخالف سواسو کروڑ بھارتیوں کو کھلے عام کئی دھمکیاں بھی دی گئی ہیں۔
آر ایس ایس کے سر سنگھ چالک موہن بھاگوت نے کھلے عام کہا کہ: “ہندو سماج تقریباً ہزار سال سے ایک جنگ میں ہے اور لڑنا ہے تو مضبوط ہونا ہی پڑتا ہے”۔
اس میں انھوں نے مسلم حکمرانوں کے ادوار، انگریزی دور اور پھر آزادی کے بعد سے اب تک کے تمام ادوار کو حالت جنگ میں شمار کیا ہے۔ سمجھ دار قاری کے لیے اس کا مفہوم سمجھنا مشکل نہیں ہے۔ سنگھ پریوار کے لوگ ہمارے ملک کو آزاد نہیں سمجھتے ہیں اور جب تک یہاں ایک بھی مسلمان، عیسائی اور کمیونسٹ ہے وہ اسی نظریے پر قائم، حالت جنگ میں رہیں گے۔
اس کا سیدھا اور صاف مطلب مسلمانوں کے ساتھ جنگ کا اعلان ہے جو وہ پچھلے انٹھانویں سالوں سے کرتے آئے ہیں۔ پورے ملک میں پچاس ہزار سے زیادہ فسادات اور مسلمانوں کے جان و مال کا اتلاف اسی کا نتیجہ ہے اور آج بھی وہ اسی راہ پر گامزن ہندوتوا غنڈوں کو اس کی تلقین کر رہے ہیں۔
ان کے الفاظ پر غور کیجیے: “ہندو سماج تقریباً ایک ہزار سال سے جنگ میں ہے۔ غیر ملکی لوگ، غیر ملکی اثرات اور غیر ملکی سازشیں، ان سے جنگ جاری ہے۔ سنگھ نے کام کیا ہے، دوسرے لوگوں نے بھی کام کیا ہے۔ بہت سے لوگوں نے اس کے بارے میں کہا ہے۔ جس کی وجہ سے ہندو سماج بیدار ہوا ہے۔ یہ فطری بات ہے کہ لڑنا ہے تو مضبوط ہونا ہی پڑتا ہے”۔
اس میں “غیر ملکی” سے مراد مسلمان ہیں۔ “اثرات” سے مراد اسلامی تہذیب و مآثر قدیمہ ہیں، جن کو مٹانے کے لیے ان کی جنگیں جاری ہیں۔ “غیر ملکی سازشوں”۔ کا مطلب ملک بھر میں پھیلے مدارس و مساجد کا نظام ہے، جو انھیں ایک آنکھ نہیں بھاتا۔
“ہندو سماج کی بیداری” کا مطلب ان میں مسلمانوں کے خلاف نفرت بھرنا اور ان کی نسلی اور ثقافتی ورثے کو ختم کرنے کی کوششیں اور تیاریاں ہیں۔
سنگھ پریوار کے اس مشن میں اب غیر سنگھیوں کو بھی شامل کیا جا رہا ہے؛ تاکہ کام آسان ہو سکے اور بعد میں تو ان کو لات مار کر نکال دیا جائے، جیسے ابھی کچھ ہی دن قبل بی جے پی سے تمام مسلم نمائندوں کو کھدیر دیا گیا ہے۔
انھوں نے کھل کر کہا کہ: “بیداری کی روایت، اس دن سے چلی آ رہی ہے جب پہلا حملہ آور سکندر ہندستان آیا تھا”۔ مطلب دشمن مسلمان ہے۔ انھوں نے یہ نہیں بتایا کہ ان سے پہلے ساورن برہمن یہاں آیا تھا اور تب سے یہاں کی زمین ہڑپ کر عوام کو غلام بنائے رکھنے اور ہمیشہ حکومت میں بنے رہنے کی سازش کرتے رہے ہیں۔
انھوں نے کہا کہ: “امید اور خواہش کو ، میں اور میری انا کے احساس کو ترک کرکے ، اپنی انا کی حدت سے آزاد ہوکر جنگ کرو؛ لیکن سب لوگ ایسا نہیں کر سکتے؛ لیکن لوگوں نے اس کے بارے میں سماج کو ہمارے ذریعے بیدار کیا”۔ یہ اسی نسل کشی اور قتل عام کی تیاری کی اور اس کے لیے ورغلانے کی بات ہو رہی ہے، جس کے بارے میں “ورلڈ جینوسائد واچ” پچھلے کئی سالوں سے بھارت میں مسلمانوں کے تعلق سے اپنے خدشات کا اظہار کرتا رہا ہے اور ملک کی سب سے معتبر اور منظم تحریک “پاپولر فرنٹ آف انڈیا” نے جس کے بارے میں عوام کو باخبر اور بیدار کرنے کے لیے اپنا سب کچھ وار دیا ہے۔
دیش اور دستور مخالف تنظیم آر ایس ایس کے سربراہ نے کھل کر کہا کہ: “یہ لڑائی باہر سے نہیں ہے۔ یہ لڑائی اندر سے ہے۔ ہندو مذہب، ہندو ثقافت، ہندو سماج کی سلامتی کا سوال ہے۔ اس کے لیے لڑائی جاری ہے۔ اب غیر ملکی نہیں ہیں؛ لیکن غیر ملکی اثر و رسوخ ہیں۔ بیرون ملک سے سازشیں ہو رہی ہیں۔ اس لڑائی میں لوگوں میں شدت پسندی آئے گی۔ ایسا نہیں ہونا چاہیے، پھر بھی سخت بیانات آئیں گے”۔
یہ سب سنگھی عناصر کو آگاہ کیا جا رہا ہے، انھیں آنے والے بیانات اور اعلانات پر کان دھرنے کی تنبیہ کی جا رہی ہے اور سب کچھ کر گزرنے کی تحریک پیدا کی جا رہی ہے۔
سنگھی سامراجیت کے سربراہ نے اپنی انانیت اور غرور میں یہاں تک کہ دیا کہ: “ہماری سیاسی آزادی کو چھیڑنے کی طاقت کسی میں نہیں ہے۔ اس ملک میں ہندو رہے گا، ہندو جائے گا نہیں، یہ طے ہوچکا ہے۔ ہندو اب بیدار ہو چکا ہے۔ اس کو استعمال کرتے ہوے ہمیں اندرونی جنگ جیتنی ہے”۔
اس بیان کا مطلب کیا ہے؟ اس بیان کو پھر سے پڑھیے۔ غور کیجیے۔ اگر ایسا بیان کسی اور تنظیم کے سربراہ نے دیا ہوتا تو آج کیا سے کیا ہو چکا ہوتا۔
یہ مطلب تو طے ہے کہ “ہندو نہیں جائے گا”، پھر کون جائے گا اور کہاں جائے گا؟ یہ آپ اور ہم کو سوچنا اور سمجھنا ہے۔ ذرا سوچیے: ہندوؤں کو مسلمانوں، سکھوں، عیسائیوں اور کمیونسٹوں کے خلاف ورغلانا، خانہ جنگی پر اکسنا اور اپنے ہی ملک کے لوگوں کو آپس میں لڑانا، اس کے لیے رات و دن سازشیں کرنا کہاں کی “دیش بھکتی” ہے؟ یہ کس جنگ کی بات کر رہے ہیں اور کس سے جنگ کی تیاری ہے؟
انگریزوں کے ساتھ مل کر دیش کے خلاف سازش رچنے والے سنگھ کے پرمکھ نے یہ بھی کہا کہ: “آج ہم (بی جے پی اور آر ایس ایس) مضبوطی کی پوزیشن میں ہیں؛ اس لیے ہمیں اس بات کا بھی خیال رکھنا ہے کہ آج ہمیں اپنی طاقت کی پوزیشن میں کیا اقدام کرنا ہے؛ تاکہ ہم آگے بڑھ سکیں”۔
یعنی یہ حکومت میں دیش کو آگے بڑھانے اور ترقی دینے کی نیت سے نہیں آئے ہیں۔ یہ تو ملک کی طاقت کو اپنے مفاد اور ملک مخالف سنگھی ایجنڈے کو پروان چڑھانے کے لیے آئے ہیں۔ یہ بات آج کھل کر سامنے آگئی ہے۔ یہ ہر ہندستانی کو سمجھنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
انھوں نے خاص طور پر چین کی مثال دی ہے جہاں پر ایغور مسلمانوں کے ساتھ جانوروں جیسا سلوک کیا جا رہا ہے۔ وہ یہاں بھی مسلمانوں کو اسی حالت میں دیکھنا چاہتے ہیں۔
انہوں نے کہا کہ: “ہندستان “ہندوستھان” بنا رہے۔ اس میں آج ہمارے “ہندوستھان” میں جو مسلمان ہیں، ان کا کوئی نقصان
نہیں۔ وہ ہیں، رہنا چاہتے ہیں، رہیں۔ آباؤ اجداد کے پاس واپس آنا چاہتے ہیں، آئیں۔ یہ ان پر ہے۔ ہندوؤں کا یہ اصرار بالکل نہیں ہے۔ اسلام کو کوئی خطرہ نہیں ہے۔ ہاں ہم بڑے ہیں۔ ہم کبھی بادشاہ تھے۔ ہم دوبارہ بادشاہ بنیں۔ یہ چھوڑنا پڑے گا”۔
اس اقتباس کے ہر فقرے پر غور کیجیے۔ ایک بار نہیں، کئی بار پڑھیے۔ اگر تھوڑی سی بھی عقل ہے تو وہ ساری چیزیں آشکارہ ہو جائیں گی جو وہ کہنا چاہتے ہیں۔ وہ مسلمانوں سے کہنا چاہتے ہیں کہ: یہ دیش مسلمانوں کا نہیں ہے۔ یہ ہندوراشٹر یعنی ہندوستھان ہے۔ یہاں صرف ہندو یعنی برہمن ہی رہیں گے۔ یہاں مسلمانوں کو رہنے کی اجازت تو مل سکتی ہے؛ مگر حق نہیں۔ اگر ان کو یہاں رہنا ہے تو اپنی تاریخ بھلانی ہوگی۔ تہذیب و ثقافت اور مذہبی تشخص سے ہاتھ دھونا پڑے گا۔ اپنی آبائی تاریخ بھلا دو، ہم جو کہیں گے وہی تمھاری تاریخ ہوگی۔ اپنے وجود کو ختم کر دو اور غلامی کی زندگی جینے کی عادت ڈال لو۔ ہم جیسے چاہیں گے ویسے رہنا ہوگا۔ اگر یہاں رہنا ہے تو سیاست، حکومت، خود مختاری اور عزت کی زندگی بھول جاؤ۔ یہ ہمارا ملک ہے، یہاں صرف ہمارا حکم چلے گا۔
انھوں نے یہ بھی اضافہ کیا کہ: “ایسا سوچنے والاکوئی ہندو (غیر برہمن) ہے اسے بھی چھوڑنا پڑے گا۔ وہ کمیونسٹ ہے اس کو بھی چھوڑنا پڑے گا”۔ جس کا واضح اشارہ یہی ہے کہ ہر غیر برہمن خواہ وہ ہندو ہو، مسلم ہو، سکھ ہو، عیسائی ہو یا کمیونسٹ اور دیگر ہو، سب کو یہاں دوسرے درجے کا شہری بن کر رہنا ہوگا۔ یہاں حکومت اور سیادت صرف برہمنوں کی چلے گی۔
یہ تو انٹرویو کے صرف چند اقتباسات ہیں جن کو پڑھنے کے بعد کسی بھی عام آدمی کی عقل ٹھنک سکتی ہے۔ پورا انٹرویو سوشل میڈیا پر موجود ہے۔
مجھے تعجب اس پر نہیں ہے کہ کسی ممنوعہ اور غدار تنظیم کے سربراہ نے ایسا بیان دیا ہے؛ کیوں کہ یہ تو شروع سے ہی قوم اور ملک کے ساتھ غداری کرتے چلے آرہے ہیں۔ یہ ان کی نسلی حرامی پنا ہے، جو ان کی سرشت میں داخل ہے۔ وہ تو یہ سب اپنا حق اور ذمے داری سمجھ کر کر رہے ہیں۔
مجھے حیرت تو ان قائدین اور قوم و ملک کے وفا شعار لیڈران کی خاموشی پر ہو رہی ہے جو ہر وقت فکر ملت اور درد امت میں گھلتے اور پگھلتے رہتے ہیں۔ جن کے محب وطن اور قوم کے خیر خواہ ہونے کا بلند بانگ دعوی آسمانی صداؤں کو بھی مات دے دیتا ہے۔ آخر ان قائدین کو کونسا سانپ سونگھ گیا ہے؛ کیوں ان کے کانوں پر جوں تک نہیں رینگتی؟ آخر ان کی زبانوں کی آواز کس نے سلب کر لی ہے؟ کس طاقت نے ان کے دل و دماغ اور قلب و زبان پر مہر لگا دی ہے۔ ان کے ضمیر کی دھڑکن کیوں رک گئی ہے؟ وہ خوش گمانی کی کونسی وادی کے سیر میں مگن ہیں؟ آخر ہو کیا گیا ہے ان سب کو……….؟
ایک بھی آواز نہیں۔ کہیں سگبگاہٹ تک نہیں۔ قوم کی تڑپ اور بے چینی سے بالکل بے پروا اپنی خوش عیشی میں مگن! یا اللہ! الامان و الحفاظ۔
سوچنے کی بات ہے: ایک طرف زہر افشانیاں، دوسری طرف پوری خاموشیاں۔ ایک طرف پوری منصوبہ بندی دوسری طرف مکمل بے فکری اور لاپرواہی۔ ایک طرف ساری تیاریاں اور دوسری طرف صرف مایوسیاں اور خوش گمانیاں۔ کیا ہوگا اس قوم کا؟ بس اللہ علیم و حفیظ ہے۔
اور کوئی کسی سے کیا کچھ کہ سکتا ہے۔ ہر انسان خود عقل مند ہے۔ “تنگ آمد بجنگ آمد” کا فطری شعور سب میں موجود ہے۔ بس اس میں چنگاری جلتی رہے تو وہ کبھی بھی شعلۂ جوالہ بن سکتی ہے؛ مگر ایک تاریخی جملہ ضرور یاد رکھیے کہ: “ظلم کے خلاف جتنی تاخیر سے اٹھیں گے قربانی اتنی زیادہ دینی پڑے گی”۔

He has ordained for you ˹believers˺ the Way which He decreed for Noah, and what We have revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ and what We decreed for Abraham, Moses, and Jesus,¹ ˹commanding:˺ “Uphold the faith, and make no divisions in it.” What you call the polytheists to is unbearable for them. Allah chooses for Himself whoever He wills, and guides to Himself whoever turns ˹to Him˺.
