Early-morning

Drink 1litre of luke warm water

Breakfast

Green Tea/ Black tea

Option 1 – Sauted Vegetable/Salad (carrot, cucumber, tomato, cabbage, broccoli, capsicum, lettuce, radish, green peas ,etc.)

Option 2 – One Stuffed Paratha (Diabexy Atta) with curd

Option-3 Any egg item /tofu

Lunch

2roti (Diabexy Atta ) + Any Veg + Curd + Salad

Evening

Tea /Roasted peanuts/nuts/ seeds

Dinner

Option 1 – 2 roti( Diabexy Atta )+Any Veg + Curd + Salad

Option no. 2 – Paneer Tikka with butter

Option 3- Vegetable or tomato soup

Option 4 – Non-Veg with salad

Avoid –

1. wheat, rice, pulses and sugar, and any item made from these items like daliya, poha, corn flakes, oats, breads, biscuits, namkeen, etc.

2. Fruits like mango, bel (wood apple), Chiku, banana, custard apple, dates (khajoor)

Follow it for 15 days and monitor your sugar levels daily. Maintain 10-15 days data in an excel sheet of your daily blood sugar logs and food intake. Share the combined data here on WhatsApp. We will observe and accordingly make the changes further in the diet pattern.
